Cold Spring Harbor, New York. Due to the current state of emergency, the nation is presently experiencing, please do not be alarmed if the Cold Spring Harbor Fire Department responding to a fire or emergency medical services incident at your address inquires, upon arrival, if there are any occupants with any possible sickness or quarantine constraints before entering the premises.
Please note that the Officers and Members of the Cold Spring Harbor Fire Department will continue to respond to ALL EMERGENCIES you may be experiencing and the above is intended to limit any possible exposure to the first responders in order to continue to provide a high-level of service to the community.
As a result, in an attempt to protect our Firefighters and Paramedics we kindly ask that if you call 911 for any reason, please let the dispatcher know if you, or any other individual(s) are experiencing any flu-like symptoms.
